We usually start by offering a free 15 minute phone consultation to explain the process and to help you work out whether your matter is suitable for mediation. Then, once the other party consents we will have an hour meeting between the mediator and each party to run through an intake. After this, we can book in an amount of time that suits the parties to hold a mediation.
